6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Premium”).
Billing. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store (or by Google Play on Android, when available). We do not collect or store your payment card details. Apple’s or Google’s terms apply to billing, refunds, and payment disputes.
Plans and pricing. We offer auto-renewing subscription plans (for example, monthly and yearly). Current prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. We do not offer a free trial unless explicitly stated in the app at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID (or Google account) may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Restore. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can use Restore on the subscription screen (or sign in with the same account) to restore an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple (or Google), not by us, according to their policies.
Changes. We may change subscription features, prices, or plan availability where permitted by law and platform rules. Price changes for renewing subscribers follow Apple’s notification requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
All Service content (excluding User Content) is owned by the Company or licensors and protected by law.
8. Termination

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
